Resources to prepare for MM HF

I'm only an analyst at a BB for the moment but am starting to plan my next steps and would like to join a MM HF and do L/S equity. Obviously, trading quarterlies differs from "investing" because you look more at drivers that will influence the stock price on the short term.

Recently Fill-or-kill recommended Financial Modeling for Equity Research. Could anyone recommend other resources or give some advice for someone who wants to develop a MM HF mindset? Thank you

Would appreciate these as well. Going to be joining Academy this summer so definitely would be insightful.
