Should you put your PA size on your CV
I’m recruiting for HF roles and I have my own investment account. I put this as one of my interests on my CV and just say ‘Manage my own investment account’ should I put in the figure of like £100k so they know it’s not just a £1k account? Is that too much personal detail they shouldn’t know?
Not necessary. Most people will assume that if you are managing a PA, it is a meaningful amount of money for you whether that is 100k or 1mm or 1k.
I’d leave the PA off the resume; while passion for the markets is an absolute must in the HF world, I’d try to keep interests entirely distinct from work topics.
Personal investing is better as a talking point in the interview (often as part of the “walk me through your resume” or “why this career” type questions), in which case you’ll want to be prepared to defend a thesis (or 3) - the thought process in these pitches will be infinitely more meaningful than the pure fact that you invest your money (it’s assumed that you do)
If you feel you must include it I’d leave the size off. You aren’t going to get an interview you otherwise wouldn’t just because you inherited a few million, let alone 100k.

Do not mention your PA when applying for a HF job. I don't care how good it is. Everyone will laugh at it, and you'll be docked.
Why would they laugh..?
People don't take PAs seriously because you could be lying and/or yoloing stocks, and likely the size is too small to build a proper portfolio.
