Single Manager Hedge Fund Recruiting for PE Analysts
I joined one of the large PE funds out of undergrad and I am currently an analyst. I am looking to make the transition to a single manager hedge fund soon.
Can anyone please discuss how the process with headhunters works and provide any general advice for successfully navigating the recruiting process?
