Someone please help me out to make a choice between 2 Internship offers

I am from India pursuing Bachelor's In Accounting and Finance (B.A.F) in my second year presently ,its a 3 year course.I am in top 10 percentile of my class academically and have alright extra curricular (part of BFSI Club in college, 2-3 case competitions) , I was actively looking for internship opportunities in field of finance and applied to lots of places, ultimately got chance to interview at a startup which is basically a real estate platform allowing customers to invest in commercial properties, residential plots, REIT the site helps customer with data and analysisand providing them a place where they can see all properties at a place and make a choice. The start-up has recently got huge funding from top domestic angel investors and middle east based investors .Another interview I got was at a systematic quant based investment advisory firm which is focused on Indian derivatives market , they do really serious stuff have good clients including top Indian clients as well as FPI.Fortunately both these places have offered me Internship offer but I am confused which one to choose. The role is as followingIn Real estate based startup - It is basically a business development profile where I would be working on marketing side of things , designing, making warm calls to there customers to introduce them to new real estate listings. Now here is the problem I wanted it to be more finance based role where I get to use excel , learn bit of financial modelling, research but the interviewer said they are a startup not a financial firm so they do not do any modelling etc altough. I would get exposure in research and excel but not in very much in Finance. One more point they said they would be launching a new product Loans so I would get huge learning opportunities but it would involve marketing the product and making calls to customers to make them aware about latest offering
Coming to second firm the firm involved in Derivatives Market here the person who took my interview was a industry veteran he was MD of the firm , very learned and sweet he was even ready to cut 1-2 hours of internship so that I can at least attend 1-2 morning lectures of college. Here the role like he described would be doing initial calls to screen prospective investors, setting up prospects calls for analyst and fund manager. He said depending on my knowledge in derivatives market and my own interest he might give me some exposure in quant research but it is not a promise most work would be around setting up and managing his calls with clients and bit of quants provided I show interest and have relevant knowledge. The stipend offered by both these firms is pretty nominal and similar so it is not a factor.
I want to know would this internship give me a good head start considering they manage quite impressive AUM in terms of value and have good clients which I can mention in my CV.
Now coming to my career plans like I said I am from India and want to make a career in finance ( Investment banking, private equity, open to other roles in finance in beginning as long they help me shift to IB , PE) in USA , my plan is to work in India for 2 years post graduation( In big 4 deals divison or some Boutique IB and go for stem certified MS Finance in USA ( I know MBA would be better but MS Finance is cheaper compared to MBAand has 1-2 fewer semesters) , presently I don't have any core finance skill (I don't know finance modelling, python , R , advanced excel) but I plan to learn all these skills from January also want to write CFA L1 in February 2024 so that I am equipped with these skills before summer break and can apply to more serious finance Internship roles in boutique investment banks or big 4 ( FDD,Deals Division) in may/june 2023.So like I said I know that I don't have core finance skill so I cannot get proper finance Internship but I still want my first Internship to have a focus on finance which of the 2 aforementioned Internship had more finance role, where would I learn most ,which would look better on my CV when I apply to proper finance roles in summer internship, and when I come to USA for my masters in qunat/stem certified Finance. Please help me make a good choice this would be my first internship , I want this internship to help me in future to find more finance based role and want some benefit of brand name because both these firms are well known .I plan to equip myself with core skills of finance like basics of python , R , Power BI , advanced excel along with this internship so that I have skills sets as well as 1 internship experience and its brand name before applying for summer internships.People I am living away from my parents to study here and we are pretty middle class my parents are teachers but still they supported me I do not want to make any mistake even if it means choosing a wrong Internship which might compromise my future plans which I have shared with you.Noone in my family is part of corporate jobs so I cannot rely on them for guidance.

I have seen middle class people from India make superb life in USA just because they made right descisions at right time one such time is now for me and choosing the right internship might be game changer for me so please I request each one of you to help me out all I have is 3 days to make a choice because the joining dates is 1 January for both offers. You can be blunt with me share all thw harsh truth I will take it as favour to me but please be serious because this means so much to me
