Tech analyst (BB or Big4)

Hi I am a little confused. Please advise me. I'm an engineering undergrad student in the US on a visa. Does it make a difference if I work as a Tech summer analyst  (IT back office ) at Credit Suisse  ,Citi (North caroline offices)  or if I work at Deloitte , Pwc (Silicon Valley offices) in Cyber/Technology consulting? If I'm front office role  then I would have chosen the former for sure. I'm just confused about future opportunities in IT roles at these BBvs Tech cyber consulting at big 4. I know big 4 almost guarantees full time offers while banks might not. I'm not that good at coding also. I want to eventually want to go to work at big tech company in Silicon Valley or Blackstone / Ares/ Apollo maybe in product management or non coding roles.  Which one looks better and have a better future opportunities for me? Thank you!
