can just expect avg pay ~150k base, sub-PM ~15% cut, PM ~18+% the usual
avg size pod 800mn (definitely not one of those big 4 size, if you looking for AUM)
can never talk culture on MM... all depends on your boss tbh, days and nights differences; should always speak to them directly and get the team vibe (at most ask for tracks and t/o, but vibe more important imo)
