Thoughts on Goldman Investment Strategy Group vs Bridgewater Investment Engineer vs QT at Major Prop Shop

Hi! Can anyone provide some insights into Goldman Sach's Investment Strategy Group under the Wealth Management division? Specifically: learning opportunities / their funds / where people go if they choose to leave after working there for a while?

I'm a student who wants to build the skills to become a PM. Would this be a good start to that career path in comparison to the other roles listed above?

Can you give a rough idea of the propshop? That's possibly the best option out of all these. GSWM will not really help develop your "PM skills" and Bridgewater, while a great name with probably solid training, does not sound like a particularly enjoyable place to work unless you fit a very specific personality type. Nor do I think the skills from the latter will be as transferrable as what you would gain being a quant at a propshop (I'm picturing names like JS, HRT, SIG, TTG, etc.). The propshop is probably the highest risk of the 3 BUT if you can perform it could also be the most lucrative and fastest path for career advancement vs the fairly rigid hierarchies at the other 2.
