Walleye - Latest Thoughts
Does anyone have recent insights into Walleye? Obviously there were lots of organizational changes in 2023-2024, but performance has been strong since and AUM has grown meaningfully while headcount has remained relatively stable.
Yes, recently good performance, but seems like a place that cares even less about their employees than the average MM. (High turnover, limited/no re-podding efforts, no training, relatively low base comp, etc.)
