Why dont ALL Investment Banks and Hedge Funds and Private Equity Firms just invest in Apple stock and be done with it?

Finance is so complicated, you gotta know stuff like Discount-Cash-Flow, EBITA, Mergers & Acquisitions, Buy-Side Sell-Side, Algorithms, graduate from Harvard, work 100 hours a week and etc/etc.

Why dont ALL Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Private Equity Firms just put ALL their money into Apple stock and be done with it? It takes 5 minutes. Put all your eggs into one basket (Apple). And then HODL and DO NOTHING FOR THE NEXT 5-20 Years.

Whats wrong with having 100% of your funds' allocation in Apple? (And stop the 100-hour work-week?) If you do this, you wont need to know all these complicated finance terms and dont need an Ivy league MBA... And ALL the finance firms in the world wont need to hire thousands of Analysts, Associates, VPs and MDs...
