Not a book, but look up Marsh's website. They have this stuff on there which pertains to insurance/risk.

https://www.marsh.com/us/insights.html Click on industries and stuff, bottom right.

Or look up XL Group and PDF. There are plenty there.

Look at the top brokers (Aon, Willis, Lockton, etc.) and you can learn a lot from there blog posts.

Also look up a lot of stuff on reinsurance brokers or carriers like Munich Re, Swiss Re, Optimum Re, etc and they have tons of stuff.

Never have read any books or textbooks about it.
