How to find a benchmark interest rate to borrow off shore/on shore RMB using bloomberg.

My boss just gave me an assignment to find the benchmark interest rate to borrow off shore/on shore CNY.
Do you guys know which rate this would apply to? I also need to get the yield curve of it. Thanks very much in advance!
