Don't know of any services, but I'm assuming you've seen the option on EDGAR to download to Excel format? Not sure if its available for Qs, definitely available for 10Ks,
Formatting sucks most of the time when you export, but you can use the Excel to strip out the necessary info / reformat faster than manually keying everything in.
Yep, and you're right that formatting sucks. Helpful, but not quite what I am looking for. As you know, companies report cumulative balance sheets and cash flow statements. That is, if I want to see how much was spent on acquisitions in just Q2, I need to look up Q2's cash flow statements and then look at Q1's and subtract Q1 from Q2 to get an idea for what was spent on acquisitions. Make sense? Anyone know of a service that does that for you? It's a pain in the ass at year end when you have four quarters of consolidated financials and have to back out each quarter if you want to look at these on a quarterly basis.
Thanks, but I'd rather not grab my information from Google. I'd like to have the same line items as what the company lists. Plus Google's cash flows are still cumulative.

You can then copy and paste it directly into Excel.
