IMHO an hard Brexit without Bank Passport mean financial opportunities to: (in order) 1. Dublin 2. Paris (it will depend from elections) 3. Amsterdam/Luxembourg 4. Milan/Frankfourt Opinions? Milan pro: International city, center of the commerce, great uni, great clubs, restaurants. A lot of new constructions and skyscrapers. Second only to London for trading operations. Milan downsides: tax, bureaucracy, middle finger in front of the Milan stock exchange.
