Lol I said this in another thread and got MS for it. Me and my friends at other Ivy targets have observed that almost all of Evercore’s SA ‘23 hires in the year after us were either diverse or had strong buyside or internal connections.
Evercore has the worst HR and they dont care about analysts/summer analysts. They only care about their seniors
