I was a summer analyst for a small boutique firm that did not need additional staffing. I feel like the recruitment cycle for 2019 FT analysts is wrapping up. Does anyone know any banks still recruiting? Contacts would be very appreciated. If not, what would be some secondary options to move into IB after a year or two?
