2020 Diversity events

Hey guys,

Im an Argentine and US Citizen currently living and studying at a top University in Argentina. I've been working at JP Morgan as an intern for the past 4 months. I've applied to a few of the 2020 Diversity programs (Hispanic/Latino) for different banks in New York. I know that the events usually last 1-2 days, so I was wondering if it would be normal for the bank to pay for my transportation and accommodations (hotel) if I get placed in any of these programs. Also, do you think my chances of getting into any of these programs are "reduced" in a way, since the plane ticket would be pretty expensive all the way from here (Argentina).

Thanks a lot!
