Hi, wanted to see if any analysts/associates have had successful lateral experiences to BB/EBs recently. There seems to be a lot of new positions posted on job sites (linkedin etc) and I have been applying through those but have not heard back from a lot of them - just wondering what is everyone's experience so far on this? For those that successfully made a lateral move, what is the timeline like from application to super day?

Just lateraled to BB. Whole process was 2 weeks. Underwent other processes at EBs that had more rounds and a modeling test but took the same amount of time.
