how about changing your dates to more specific ones? for example Jun. 2019 – Aug. 2019, Jan. 2020 – Present, etc.? that's usually more common on résumés, unless you did that here just for more anonymity.

2nd bullet under extracurricular activities seems to be unfinished.
Would recommend adding more to your interests section. IMHO, that section has a lot of importance in a world where most applicants for IB are all super smart, ambitious people. At some point, all the resumes begin to look the same on the academic and work experience front but if you have a unique interest, or have an interest that a hiring manager has, you’re more likely to get an interview or even an offer
