good list. Upenn Wharton falling off, im a sophomore and can't get any traction across the street. would bump it down into rest of ivies now
Least autistic Wharton student
Recruiting in general has become more competitive, we still get the most seats and get looks at every firm
UMich AKPSI?
Where is OSU (Oklahoma university)
my cousin in UMich DSP too. hear that's placing better than AkPsi nowadays
awfaw
Congrats on PCT! Im sure AKPsi wanted you just as much!!!!!
Congrats on BU
BU has a great pipeline to Shea&Co. tbf
It is crazy to see the hate that Cornell and Brown get. They should be with the rest of the ivies.
Is this a joke??
Congrats on Nolan. Ranked them way too high.
Funny but just throwing out there Nolan has a crazy REPE MF pipeline and has placements across every bb and eb
Penn State should be lower, James Franklin leaving was a big blow. Nothing to talk about in coffee chats these days.
Can’t lie this list is way off. Overeager high schoolers or freshmen looking to transfer, please do not take this to heart whatsoever
Going to tier 1 bb at ivy. Can confirm this list its really just a school brand prestige ranks. From an ib, pe recruiting lens its all terribly off
Schools that should be lower: IU, UTD (what is that?), UT Austin, UNC, BU, Tufts, BC (maybe). Remove everything below B- and make these into a new tier / downgrade accordingly and maybe you’re close
Nglt Tufts in past 5 or so years has done very well in recruiting.
I’ve heard similar. Banking club is elite with top heavy placements to all top bulges and boutiques
You're in high-school arent you? UCLA, BU and UNC A Tier?
I was looking for where my school is, feeling bummed out that it wasn’t included. Then, I find it in A tier lmfao
Honestly one of the better I’ve seen
Uchicago should be in S+. Consistently has great outcomes given the relatively smaller number of students who are recruiting for IB from UChicago
The alum aren’t responsive, it should be lower
As someone who is close friends with like 10 people who go there, the lesser interest trope is wrong. The university has become as preprofessional as Columbia/Dartmouth/Cornell since they started taking the common app and got into massive debt. My friends say like half the Econ majors recruit for finance and at least 300 for banking, similar to Ross/stern
Highly doubt the number of students recruiting for IB from UChicago is comparable to Ross or Stern. Either way UChicago has much better placement than the likes of Duke, and most ivies. Consistent pipeline to some of the best groups on wall street. To put UChicago on the same level as Cornell, Georgetown, Notre Dame is incorrect.
Agree - UChicago placement this year is crazy. EB placement should be similar to other ivies but GS/MS/JPM placement was crazy this year. Especially JPM I believe.
Has it actually beaten its peer schools that it's usually compared to like Duke and Columbia this year? Also, could you confirm if this has largely been because of specific clubs at UChicago, or everyone in general just did amazingly?
Penn State gets carried by Leveraged Lion Capital and Nittany Lion Fund
And Asset Management Group
Who invited bro 😭
Would put Stanford (Stanford Finance) in S++ imo
Would you go to Columbia College or UPenn CAS?
Columbia
I would go to Penn CAS and lock in and get into the Wharton clubs, even tho its harder.
Worked in multiple BBs, seen only a single Stanford undergrad in NYC HQs. Cornell and Georgetown are however dime a dozen.
Yeah cause they work in sf
no life but accurate
UTD in S++
Solid rankings, but get a life. Penn State should be bumped up to A or A-, especially after this past cycle
ASU missing in S tier
UT WSFM places better than IU IBW
Dude seriously, are you a bot? I guess you’re the UT Asian kid who just got accepted into jpm for sa 27 and kept spamming some bs questions.
IU / Georgetown / Notre Dame bigger IB targets than Brown and Mich Ross? Are u fucking retarded?
Georgetown placement is always very strong - pretty much all of the undergrad business school places in top firms. Also alumni are all helpful
Congrats on George dumbass a simple LinkedIn search shows Mich Ross and Brown blows them out of the water lol
genuine question, is brown even an ivy anymore? feel like its the credit Suisse of elite universities.
on the topic of Mich Ross, they went there because they didn't even get into brown but their dad is a storied MD
Purdue ??
HYPSW should be together in top tier
