They're exits and pay are miles better compared to Rothschild and Jefferies rx

Cause that’s where he works. Gugg RX should not be higher, kids have been trying to pump it on here for years
Idk why only UBS and DB levfins are separately mentioned but for levfin I think the tier roughly goes like 1. JPM/BofA 2. GS/MS/Citi/Barc/UBS/DB/Jeff 3. RBC/WF/Santander/BMO 4. bunch of other banks that lead less than 10 LL/HY deals per year (think Mizuho in this tier is growing). Ofc junior experience could differ depending on whether your group model, etc.
