$210k TC as a senior associate/junior VP in niche product team at lower BB (NYC) - should i quit?
Chill hours ~55h a week with very minimal weekend work. Great WLB to spend time with the kids but feel like I am getting squeezed on comp
Moved over from a different industry in case that matters.
Curious to get opinions; understand the lateral market at VP level can be very challenging.
How is this the case at a BB? I would understand if it was a very small boutique but I don’t understand how this is your comp at a BB. Do they not categorize you under IB?
