Simple mistakes here. 1) you were linking your Balance Sheet cash to last years total current assets, link it to ending cash on your CFS. 2) you hardcoded 2017 BOP shareholders equity across, needs to be linked to previous years end SHE. 3) you zero'd out row 84 Deffered consideration from acquisitions, keep that constant at 1,000 across your pro forma.

You have 3 problems in this model that are making it not balance:

1. Row 60: Cash is linked incorrectly on the balance sheet. You have it linked to the ending balance of total current assets. Link it instead to the cash flow statement.

2. Row 96: BoP shareholder's equity is hardcoded. It should be linked to the ending SE in the previous period.

3. Row 131: You're not including the change in other current liabilities on the Cash Flow Statement. Use this formula: =SUM(G84:G85)-SUM(F84:F85)

LMK if you still have trouble balancing the model and I can send my version over to you.
