The CEOs of Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley all went to Nescac Schools. Even a recent and previous CEO of Barclays went to one too.

Why is this? Do liberal arts kids tend to do better long term cue to a pure liberal arts education? There’s many more top senior guys that are Nescac Alumni despite the colleges being 1,000-3,000 students.

The best of the best go on to the buyside and firm leaders usually aren't MBA hires. That leaves the T1b school kids. Aka the liberal art kids.
But these schools combined have less students than Cornell. So there must be other factors at play. Perhaps the value / quality of the education?
Not to mention there are plenty of Liberal Arts / NESCAC grads in high PE roles. Henry Kravis, etc. so I don’t think your comment is a strong argument.
Best of the best go to theoretical physics, statistics, and differential geometry. Might end up in a quant fund.
Anything discretionary is relationship skills over anything else.
