Basically every BB. GS seems to be on every large-cap deal this year (like it usually is). Are independents experiencing more M&A revenue drop than the BBs this year?
Haven’t looked at this terms but a lot of the BBs will be on for financing and 1/2 of the advisors are doing the actual work
Most buyside advisors are on for financing.. zero actual work involved
MS and Citi were the actual M&A advisors on the buyside.
