From my understanding if you're raising capital, it's a capital market (as opposed to a derivative market for example where money isn't being raised)
Oh and there's also money markets which are like capital markets but for shorter-term transactions...
They fall under the capital markets umbrella, but generally each type of security is further divided into ECM, DCM, LevFin etc.
