A VP level employee submitted my application through the referral system, how likely will I get an interview?
I know it's always better to have your resume forwarded to HR, but a VP at BB is referring me to another group by submitting my application through the referral system. I'm wondering how likely will I get an interview if I get referred by a VP on the system?
