A2A Lateral Bonus
I am lateraling to a new bank (well-known/established MM, NYC)and coming in as an An2 with a year until promotes. Expect/hoping to go A2A. Will I receive their A2A bonus in that case? Or are A2A bonuses only paid to those who started as an An1 out of college?
