J.P. Morgan - 4 weeks

Morgan Stanley - 4 weeks

Citi - 3 weeks

BOFA - 14 additional PTO days over next 12 months

PWP - 4 weeks

Rothschild - 4 weeks

Harris Williams - 2 weeks

Centerview - 4 weeks

Guggenheim - Ranges but 4 weeks is common

Lincoln - 4 weeks (1 week for every 6 months you are an analyst)

Cain Brothers - 2 weeks

KBW - 2 weeks

Goldman - No

BMO - 2 weeks

It’s now 2 weeks and largely informal (HR will never tell you about it)

 

Yea that’s basically what it was when I was there. Very informal. HR never wanted to mention it until I basically said I wanted to quit lol. They then mentioned other A2As had done it. Said I could take 2 week of paid vacation or whatever I had banked. Then said the rest of the month or two could be unpaid leave but then I would be expected to either return or resign if I didn’t want to come back. That was the deal they offered me in 2017. Good luck
