Accepted offer. Still attend career fairs?

I was fortunate to land and accept an offer. My school is having a few career fairs with various large companies in the coming weeks. (Mostly Wealth Management and Corp Fin)

I know that doing these things is key to expanding one’s network, but would it be odd to attend if you are not looking to recruit for this summer? Should I still go and network? If so how would you do it?

I am not overly familiar with how to network at these events, so any advice/personal experience would be greatly appreciated.

Never try to network to try and get a job anyways. Its not super effective. At career fairs people don't have a lot of time so just walk around introduce yourself, take their card, and ask a couple questions about them (have genuine curiosity - you can tell when someone is faking it). Then thank them for their time, ask them if you can follow back up, and don't even say anything about the job. If they ask just inform them you already have accepted an offer, but that you would love to learn about x.... You would be amazed by the number of people that only try to network to get a job. Try to network to get to meet cool people and learn. Luckily, it is much easier and fun to do when you actually already have a job.
