Actual M&A Models
Hi I am a PE intern, want to refine my modelling and knowledge base. Can I gain access somewhere online to actual models used by Investment Banks in their decision like Inspire Brands buying Baskin Robins for example, where could I get the model used by the IB? I have taken courses, but feel like some online are too simple and I want to see how the pros do it. Should I just stick with courses? (DCF,LBO,CCA,Precedent Trans)
Yeah man - let me pass on the model incorporating confidential info over!
Would you also like their monthly financials with a breakdown by MSA? Perhaps a franchisee ownership census with demographic information on each former franchise owner?
Just let me know!
CEOs personal bank statements and a log of internal emails relating to the deal would help too. Lol just wondering if there are old ones I can somehow see.
