"Adjusting" my list of universities attended

I went to a nearly unheard of 4-year liberal arts college in PA. I graduated with a terrible GPA(under 3).

I'm now finishing my MS Finance at a real university that people actually care about. I have over a 3.5.

Is it worth excluding my undergrad from the resume? If so, how would I go about doing this?

If not, can anyone think of a decent way to mask my past blunders?

Thanks.

Oh, and if I do make the adjustment, what should I do if a recruiter asks me about my lack of a bachelor's on my resume?

You could put them both on without a GPA. Or, just put the GPA on the MS. Someone will still ask about it if there is one with a GPA and one without. They will definitely ask about it if the undergrad degree isn't there.

Yeah I highly doubt nobody will bring it up, so you might as well put it. And there's no way a big bank won't ask you about your GPA most the min is like 3.5. But I got into J.P this year with a 3.4. BUT, in your cover letter explain what happened. Say some crap that will show how you've grown, matured and got your shxt togethor. I mean usually people get their ish togethor coming from H.S into College (thats how I was, 2.4 GPA freshman and 1/2 sophmore year, 3.8 by senior year, graduated w/ a 3.4) lol, but maybe you could get away withit.

You give me a gift? *BAM* Thank you note! You invite me somewhere? *POW* RSVP! You do me a favor? *WHAM* Favor returned! Do not test my politeness.
