Expect people to be dismissive of merit because this is a diversity program. Don’t let it get to you. Completed the program last year and had a great time. JPM hirevues like these types of questions: Why JP Morgan? Why this program? Why financial services? Tell me about a time when something was challenging/you had to collaborate? Could get a DEI question being the ABP program. Sorry I don’t remember the exact questions, but honestly applied not expecting to get it
