Forget the jetski bro, get some friends and spend a week wakeboarding, waterskiing and cliff jumping at Havasu or something.

Have a picnic
Learn an adventure sport that requires a certain degree of skill. Hang gliding, kitesurfing, and dirtbikes would all be good candidates. Waterskiing and wakeboarding, already suggested, would also be good.
If you're going to AK, it might be interesting to do some diving out there- diving is always more fun if you bring someone (or a group of people) with you. The water is cold, but the visibility is supposed to be amazing.
