Advice for Watch as Summer Analyst

Rising sophomore at supertarget (HYPSMW), saw posts about appropriate watches and was wondering what would the appropriate watch be for a summer analyst. My personal watch collection includes a two-tone rose gold presidential 41 (which would probably stand out too much), a royal oak (standard blue dial), and a regular patek nautilus. It's come to my attention that these watches could be considered expensive and probably better than most of my upper people (analysts, associates, maybe VPs may not be able to afford them), and was told it would not be a good look by one of my senior club members. Should I look into a different watch that would be cheaper to fit in (like a Hublot or a submariner), or would wearing those watches not be inappropriate?

Thanks for the advice.

Question your life choices in either bothering to post this shit or having more money on your wrist than you’ll get from being bent over and fucked six ways from Sunday in this job

Why the hate just because OP is rich? Do not wear those watches to the office, some people will become angry and jealous as you can perfectly see in the comment section of this post…

Yea I probably wouldn’t wear those to the office especially as an SA — a good solution would be to spend a bit on an apple watch or something, or get a new watch that has less mainstream recognition like an independent (Journe, Laurent Ferrier etc.), which is more of a signal that you’re really into watches as opposed to just being a rich kid

If your dad got you the job in the first place then be sure to wear the most expensive watch that he bought you.

Make sure to show it to everyone and remind them that your dad bought it for you.

My dad didn't get me the job. Maybe it's the fact that I was the national champion in a very competitive activity, got into a T5 school by myself, and am not some dumb semi-target fuck. Make sure u use that chip on your shoulder while u slave ur fucking life cuz u and ur entire lineage have been wageslaves their whole lives. Poor fuck

It might be hard to understand this in your current, coked-out state, but flexing your parents’ money is not cool. You did absolutely nothing to earn it, you have just suckled from the teat of their accomplishments, so please stop acting like you had any part in your familial success.

Also, calling people “poor” as an insult is quite sad, and reflects what is going in in that jumbled mess of daddy issues and lust for mommy you call a brain.

Depends on your personality and charisma so much. I’d say look into IWC’s and JLC’s if you still want to have elegant watches without being regarded as a show off.
