Career Resources
For reference, I am a 1st year analyst, 7,63, about to have 79. Non-target, but I have solid experience w/ various internships ranging quite awhile. Looking to continue in the high finance world. LinkedIn applying is definitely not going to work, just looking for advice.
Been in a similar spot—biggest thing is to start quietly networking. Reach out to alumni, ex-colleagues, and friends at other shops. Get on recruiter radars too, especially NYC-based ones who know the lateral market well. Have your story tight: why you're looking, what you bring, and what kind of shop you want next. Don’t blast apps—target your move.
