Advise for incoming IB interns

Does anyone have any general advice for 2020 summer analyst, other than don’t fuck up? I know many of us are going to have no idea what we are doing, but what are the best ways to handle screwups, mishaps, and general mistakes in the eyes of more senior bankers?

Also, does anyone have in specific books that they would recommend anyone reading before they start this summer or any other preparation advice?

Many thanks!
