Aeris Partners?
So I'm currently a summer who at a NYC lower tier BB but hate the culture. I have a friend who works at this Boston tech m&a firm, anyone know anything? Are they prestigious? I interviewed here and made it good way in to the process but dropped out for BB offer; some people seemed maybe a little socially awkward but nice.
Well-known by firms that invest in software. Primarily middle-market sponsor-backed sell-sides. Overall collegial atmosphere with decent hours and strong compensation (Boston also moderately cheaper). In terms of recruiting, will have to do more work but have placed into GE / MM / UMM focused on tech
Seems like a smart group, does some pretty nice Tech M&A deals. Imagine its a good place to be.
anyone have their email format?
i reached out to hr. they gave me everyones email
So small that it would be hard for them to have a rep that deems them "prestigious," but industry rep is very good. Good hours, comp, experience (hands on), places well into GE and MM PE. People know what they are doing and the recruits I have tried to push through there struggled when not super prepared. Hope this helps
Sorry could you explain what you meant by the last part in terms of recruits?
.
yea totally bro, this is totally accurate haha. so accurate haha.
the trolling in this forum is an out of control clusterfuck
Not trolling, you can do a quick LinkedIn search if you want
Has anyone heard anything regarding their FT recruiting process? They contacted me asking if I needed sponsorship.
