After 5 Superdays...No offer
Hey, just want to share my experience. Probably a bad luck year with much sunk cost. I kicked off my recruiting session this year and got into the final round/superday of DeShaw, DB, Blackrock, OTPP and HSBC. But it has been close to Christmas and no reply and offer from them at all. I am so exhausted and probably is going to give up my plan of breaking into the street. Maybe a master degree first... Is there any advice about the future plan?
You didn't say you were rejected so keep the faith (know it's hard). I would also evaluate your interviews. Be totally honest with yourself. What can you improve? It's just a matter of time (and tune up) before you land. Good luck!

I was waitlisted at every single firm except for one. It’s just a matter of time, don’t give up.

Since you’ve passed all the first rounds, then I’m assuming it’s the behavioral/fit portion that may be your weakness. What did you think you struggled with in all these SDs?
Keep going only takes one offer, I had 4 superdays before I got my offer. Just keep improving and you should get better with each interview.
Just keep applying and never give up. It really only takes 1 offer. I was rejected from so many IBs that i almost gave up on it but eventually managed to get a role at a decent bank.
Took me about 20 super days to get an offer.
You will get there. It’s a matter of when and not if.
Sit outside the barbershop long enough and you’re bound to get a haircut
Dude are you kidding. If you are thinking about giving up after getting a few rejections then you are not cut out for the industry
