Can anyone speak more about their experience with Alantra M&A in Europe? Appears to be a decent deal flow with 47 deals YTD in Europe (either bidder or seller based in Europe at mergermarket), mostly private deals so no insight into the volume. Anyone that works for Alantra in Europe or maybe anyone that have some insights from working with them as joint advisor. Looking for insights into future prospects of the firm, exposure at the junior levels, exposure to senior deal makers, culture, etc.
