How are you not getting paid in an IB internship?
Sophomore internship at a boutique. I did my DD; the shop is fine, but obviously the unpaid sucks. They do provide comprehensive training though.
let us know how it is. still have literally no idea what to expect lol
@ Jefferies and seems like it is definitely gonna involve live deals, lots of virtual happy hours and events. Some non-nyc locations might have some in-person action too. Meal stipends for after 6 pm and also some goodies being sent our way. Training this week with TTS and location dependent after that.
interested to see how the first week goes for y'all...not sure if I should expect to work around the clock or 9-5 this summer
any insight into what hours are like during training?

Started at a boutique on Tuesday as a sophomore SA and just got dtaffed on a live deal.
Haven't even completed training and have been placed on two deals. I guess that's welcome for a sweaty group.
