Am I cooked?
Currently attending nyu, studying real estate finance and have a 3.80. I have appied to 52 internships and haven't heard back from any firms seriously yet (IB, PE, HF, RE). I have gotten 8 hirevues. I have networked with only 9 different people but I have very good extracurriculars. With that being said, am I cooked.

Find 1 or 2 firms that r still open. Network heavily u might still be in it
Do you think Barclays and Goldman are still open for the most part.
Not Goldman. Maybe Barclays depending on if ur school has a strong alumni base there
For higher BB/EBs it’s pretty hard. For context I talked to 180 people to get 1 offer. I recommend focusing on LMM firms in your area of interest/location based or a place you can get exposure
9 calls is nowhere near enough, extracurriculars are not going to make up for that. Focus on banks with active openings (look on here to see who's still recruiting) and MM / regional boutiques - network there.
