Am I Crazy? SA 2025 offer & recruiting
Recently received an offer from a top BB (JPM/GS/MS) in a non-IB role. While I know this would be a fantastic opportunity given the firm and the fact this will build on my other IB internship experience... it's just not IB.
Im trying to leverage the offer for a lower tier BB IB role because it's still IB and gives me the opportunity for re-recruit for FT.
Am I crazy for not immediately signing the offer instead of trying to leverage it for a lower tier IB interview process? I'm trying to balance the brand/opportunity with what I've been working towards and wanting for the past 2 years and I cant figure it out.
