Am I Out of the Process?
Talked to a couple people at MM bank who pushed my resume to HR but forgot to apply since there wasn't a deadline posted and apps closed a couple days ago. Am I already dinged since I didn't turn in an app or am I fine if my resume is in the hands of HR?
