First year analyst or second?
How do you have this figure? Our bonuses typically aren’t communicated until early August or late July (at least that was the timing for last year).

First-year working at a BB. Are AN1 bonuses paid out in August across different geographies? I don't think I was ever communicated that by either manager or HR.
I think it depends on the firm, but to my knowledge many (most?) places do analyst bonuses in the summer
First-year working at Elite Boutique (Think Wells / CS / SVB, etc.). A bit disappointed in my bonus, as it was only 110% of my base. Might look to move elsewhere.

EB analyst and whispers indicate bonuses will be down but all-in comp won’t be much lower than 2022 (180-220).

At a BB in NYC. My MD said comp discussions are still underway and it looks like top will be ~ 75k and middle will be around 55k. It is what it is in this market.
Those are fairly solid numbers all things considered. Slightly higher than pre Covid, especially with higher base now.
