Any chance superdays are in person this fall?
Bank of America just delayed, so I was wondering if there would be a chance if some of the superdays for them or any bank really could be held in person.
Could banks potentially hold the earlier ones online and the later ones in the fall?
It's possible, but I doubt it. Mostly because people will still be worried about travel at that point. I also don't see offices being full by that point.
100% for sure not. In person recruiting probably won’t happen again until a vaccine comes out
No way they'll be in person but don't sweat it. S (non banking but similarly competitive process) did a virtual super day pre covid (this past winter). Was back to back group interviews for 3+ hours. 9 interviewers all total. Actually was pretty comfortable with the whole thing. Once you settle in, not much different than live.
I would suggest practicing doing interviews via computer to make sure you are engaging with the tech and not looking all over the place. Also, make sure your mic and speakers are great. If needed, buy a stand alone mic. Play with lighting to make everything look good too.
