Have a As2 interview coming up from them. Heard from a ex-senior guy they have been expanding their M&A and capital markets division and pretty respected in life sciences. Saw they lead the Seneca Biopharma and Leading Bio merger and were a placement agent on Kahr Bio with Oppenheimer recently.

At another bank (think Leerink, HCW) that does biotech M&A/ECM. Junior team worked hard, part of PNC. They are ramping up, and have a strong reputation in the space and have been killing it in M&A and market dealflow. One of the larger competitors in the space for sure
