Apply now or Wait til I have a US finance internship

I'm in the class of 2027 and is applying to SA 2026 roles, and I currently don't have a US finance internship. I do have research experiences in economics and the humanities, but all of my finance internships are from asia, I feel like my resume isn't the strongest at the moment. I'm in the final round of interview with a small company in the US so I was thinking maybe I should wait until I get that internship? It will be confirmed at around 1/25, would that be too late?
