As some of the BBs are set to open their apps come July (GS, JPM, etc.) I was wondering about whether it is still possible to apply as a diversity candidate (LGBT) even though I didn't attend any of their previous events or identify myself as such when speaking with people. Do any of these firms have a checkbox on their application for diversity or does it have to be made known to interviewers?
