Applying to IB Jobs with low GPA

Hi, so I have a 3.2 GPA from a target/Ivy League school. My GPA will probably go up to around 3.3-3.35 after this semester. Should I wait until I get my grade back to apply for 2020 or apply to places like MS, CS, and Citi right now. Would love to hear which places I should wait to apply for that have a later timeline and which ones I should apply for now. Thanks.

Read: "how to get nice things without deserving it".. Ya blew it. Good grades are the first step.

You won't get hired at an IB with your GPA. Why should you??? There is 20 guys right beside you that got 3.9+. Maybe if you go back to school and land some sort of an internship, but by then you will presumably high-20s and looked over for analyst openings.
