Applying to multiple groups/locations at same firm?
I know a lot of firms specify in the app that you can only apply to one location or group but for those that don't specify, is it okay to apply for multiple? For example, applying to an EB and I have interests in both M&A and RX/SS and I'm prepping and studying for recruiting season with both in mind, but don't know if applying for both groups is looked at unfavorably. Did this with a BB. Did not encounter a problem. Was actually rejected by one team but was told that they thought I was a better fit with the other team I applied to and got an offer. Both were Credit teams.
